Cancellation & Refund Policy

We understand that marketing plans can change. If you need to cancel your digital marketing services contract with Grownika or request a refund, please get in touch with us within 14 days of signing your contract.

To cancel a contract or request a refund, please email us at [email protected] with your contract number and reason for cancellation.

For any unfinished custom digital marketing services or deliverables that have already been started, unfortunately we cannot offer refunds. Please review and approve any custom orders before signing a contract, as these services cannot be cancelled once work has begun.

For any unused standard digital marketing services, we are happy to offer a prorated refund based on the amount of contracted time unused after cancelling. For example, if you signed up for 3 months of services but cancelled after 1 month, we would refund the remaining 2 months.

Once we have received and processed your cancellation request, we will issue a prorated refund back to the original payment method used at the time of purchase within 5 business days.

Please note that Grownika reserves the right to refuse cancellations or refunds for any custom digital marketing services where work has already begun.
